Teresa Carter is the administrative specialist for Monarch Counseling Group, managing the front office and patient care from start to finish.  Teresa has over two decades of experience in a variety of roles in the medical office administration field.  Born in Memphis, TN, Teresa’s southern hospitality brings a bright and cheerful element to the Monarch Counseling team.  In her spare time, she is a proud USCG wife and enjoys SEC Football (Roll Tide Roll) and raising two furry children.
